We are a group of mental health clinicians who are either registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario or under the supervision of one of our registered members. As a mental health collective, we assist clients and their families by providing individualized, evidence-based interventions and psychological assessments. Psychological Associate

My clinical practice focuses on psychoeducational and psychodiagnostic assessments for children, adolescents, and adults. As well, I treat a wide range of presenting concerns including problems related to depression, anxiety, stress management, anger and emotion regulation, interpersonal relationships, and eating disorders. With theoretical backgrounds in Cognitive-Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, play therapy, and mindfulness. I provide an integrated evidence-based treatment to address your specific treatment goals.

My approach to therapy is mainly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) oriented, but I tailor my approach to the needs of each client. I work with children (with supervision), adolescents, adults, and older adults. I also have experience working with individuals from various cultural backgrounds, as well as the LGBTQ2+ community.

Together, our work will focus on building insight and self-compassion as you come to understand your internal experience in a way that both makes sense and is healing to you, and developing skills and solutions to manage symptoms, and helping you achieve a life worth living in accordance with your values.

My clinical practice focuses on the treatment of OCD and related disorders, anxiety disorders, and PTSD. My approach to psychological care is cognitive behavioural, using interventions targeted for specific concerns – Exposure and Response Prevention, Habit Reversal Training, Prolonged Exposure Therapy, Behavioural Activation, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Our work will not always be comfortable, but it will be valuable. Helping you to overcome the monster on your back and reclaim your life. I’ll link therapy to your values so that sessions are focused on more than just symptom reduction; they’re about building a more meaningful life.

Personally and professionally, I believe in the transformative power of mindfulness, and I integrate this into therapy using Mindfulness-integrated CBT. I am deeply committed to providing client-centered therapy, where the focus is on fostering a warm and collaborative relationship with each client, built on trust, empathy, and mutual respect. Whether working on anxiety, depression, PTSD or other mental health concerns I support clients as they work on finding the direction, insight, and awareness necessary for meaningful personal change.

My approach is integrative, consisting primarily of Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and drawing from trauma-focused, emotion-focused, and self-compassion modalities to meet the unique needs and goals of my clients.
