Everyone experiences stressors. At times, it’s possible to manage them on our own, but sometimes it’s beneficial to seek extra help. When life’s challenges become overwhelming, finding a good fit with a mental health clinician can be one of the first steps on your journey toward a balanced and fulfilling life. When I partner with you, I will help you to face and cope with life’s inevitable stressors.

At the heart of my practice is a passion for helping clients develop insight and awareness into their own mental health challenges and develop the skills to cope effectively. Personally and professionally, I believe in the transformative power of mindfulness, and I integrate this into therapy using Mindfulness-integrated CBT. I am deeply committed to providing client-centered therapy, where the focus is on fostering a warm and collaborative relationship with each client, built on trust, empathy, and mutual respect. Whether working on anxiety, depression, PTSD or other mental health concerns I support clients as they work on finding the direction, insight, and awareness necessary for meaningful personal change.

I’m a licensed clinical psychologist and a member of the College of Psychologists of Ontario. My approach is focused on creating safety, and facilitating self-awareness and a healthy relationship with yourself. Beyond that, I help use this awareness to promote healing, meet unrepaired needs, and replace patterns causing distress with effective coping strategies. I work with teenagers, young adults, adults, and older adults. I draw on multiple therapy approaches, including Emotion-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and third-wave approaches such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
